Jacquelyn Abad joined the KOIN 6 news team as a reporter in October of 2019.
She’s thrilled to be back in the Pacific Northwest after spending nearly three years at CBS 58 in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. During her time there, she covered national headliners including the discovery of Jayme Closs and the Slender Man trial.
After graduating from the University of Arizona with a master’s degree in journalism, she began her career as a multimedia journalist at KDRV in Medford, Oregon. Abad is a southern California native.
Watch her reports Monday through Friday during the 4 p.m., 5 p.m. and 6 p.m. shows.
