Jenny joined the KOIN 6 News team in Fall of 2019.
She made the 1,500-mile journey to Portland from Tulsa, Oklahoma where she worked for the local FOX affiliate, FOX23.
While at FOX23 she spent three years reporting for the market’s No. 1 rated morning show.
She covered historic flooding in northeastern Oklahoma and Kansas in 2019. She also covered damage from the numerous tornadoes that hit the region during her time there. Jenny was the first reporter LIVE on air when a tornado hit midtown Tulsa in 2017. She also had the chance to follow the group of Tulsa-area public school teachers who walked 100 miles to the capitol building in Oklahoma City during the Oklahoma Teacher Walkout of 2018.
Jenny grew up in Midland, Texas – a place that’s flat, dusty, and high school football is king.
She loves Portland and is excited to explore more of the Pacific Northwest.
