Nicole DeCosta’s lifestyle segments on KOIN 6 and Portland’s CW bring her signature polished pep to inspire you to get-out-and-go explore the Northwest each week. She is the correspondent on the Portland’s CW morning show Everyday Northwest — sharing celebrity interviews, lifestyle coverage, events, and highlighting Northwest businesses.
Winner of more than 35 state and national journalism awards, DeCosta considers storytelling for a living a privilege. She has been a TV personality with Portland’s CW since 2015 and KOIN since 2019. She is also an Account Executive with the stations.
DeCosta also shares her enthusiasm for the entertainment industry when conducting red carpet interviews and emceeing events. A Portland native, DeCosta earned her bachelor’s of science degree from Oregon State University and was previously a newspaper editor and hosted a weekly radio segment in Portland to share local events.
She is also a singer/songwriter and has released two albums. In her spare time, you’ll catch her dancing in the front row at a concert, planning her next travel adventure, raising money for charity, sipping an iced tea and reading, trying to solve true crime stories on TV, designing her lifestyle brand Nic&Amy and running around with her 7-pound Chihuahua mix, Bella.
