I was born an East Coast kid and then relocated to the small town of Prineville in Central Oregon with a population of 10,000.
I was a multi-sport athlete but chose to attend Oregon State University and continue my athletic career playing football.
For the Beavers, I was a running back and a kickoff returner. I was also a part of the Beavs’ 2016 Civil War win.
In my senior season, I tore my ACL and retired from the game. My focus shifted from success on the field to success in the broadcast booth.
After graduation in 2016, I pursued a career in sports broadcasting, leading to my first job at 247 sports as a football analyst, creating on-camera content covering the Beavers until 2018. I also interned and helped contribute to “Talkin Beavers” at NBC Sports Northwest. Once that was over, I gained experience as a radio personality and play-by-play analyst with 1080TheFan and ESPN Portland before joining KOIN 6 News in July 2019.
