PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) — One of the biggest and brightest Chinese Lunar New Year festivals in the Pacific Northwest happens at the Lan Su Chinese Garden.
The Portland garden is getting ready to kick off a big celebration with two weeks of cultural programs lined up.
