PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) — The body of a partially blind woman with other medical needs who had not been seen a week was found Tuesday in the Willamette River.
Debra Lynn Roberts used oxygen daily and may have had early dementia, her family told KOIN 6 News. The medical examiner ruled her death was from drowning. Ms. Roberts was 60.
