PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) — A 19-year-old was shot and killed Monday night in Northeast Portland, police said.
Officers were called out to the Montavilla neighborhood at the 700 block of NE 87th Ave around 10:40 p.m. Officers found a man who had been shot multiple times and tried to save his life but he died at the scene, according to the Portland Police Bureau.
Police identified the victim the next day as Mister Ford of Portland.
A homicide investigation is underway. No other details are available at this time.
