PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) — PPB says a person is dead after a shooting took place near Bush Street in Portland on Wednesday night.
Officers responded to the report of a shooting around 9:10 p.m. in the 13400 block of Southeast Bush Street. They found a person dead at the scene.
The suspect reportedly fled and no immediate arrests were made.
Authorities have closed SE Bush from SE 134th Avenue through SE 136th Avenue as they investigate.
PPB says this is the 49th deadly shooting that has taken place in Portland this year.
