PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) — A suspect was arrested early Saturday in connection with an August 20 shooting at the M. James Gleason Memorial Boat Ramp.
Jamais L. Hart-Resberry, 30, was arrested by the Gang Enforcement Team on charges of murder, delivery of cocaine and a parole violation.
Portland police believe Hart-Resberry was involved in the fatal shooting of Andre D. Pennington, 47. Pennington died at the hospital from his injuries.
Police previously told KOIN 6 News they believe the victim and suspect knew each other.
