PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) — A 4.0 earthquake about 130 miles west of Coos Bay was recorded Sunday night, but no tsunami warning was issued.
The quake was recorded at 9:53 p.m. at a depth of 6 miles, the USGS reported.
