PSU hit-run victim wants to help kids in crisis

PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) — One of the 3 women seriously hurt when a driver ran them down on the PSU campus wants to raise $10,000 to donate to children who have experienced crisis or domestic violence around the world.

Sabrina Vuscan was walking on campus with her best friend when she was hit by a blue Mazda Tribute and dragged. She had tire marks across her body and suffered multiple broken bones and a lacerated liver.

Now through a GoFundMe campaign, she hopes her situation will turn into a blessing for others.

Greg Porter faces multiple charges in the hit-and-run, including attempted murder.
