PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) — The suspect in a Portland homicide was arrested in Eugene on Jan. 19 during a traffic stop.
Lorenzo L. Jones, 44, was arrested on a Multnomah County warrant related to the murder of Wilbert Butler on Sept. 17.
Butler, 27, was shot multiple times in the 3600 block of SE 28th Ave. and died after being rushed to the hospital.
Jones is being held at the Multnomah County jail on murder and unlawful use of a weapon charges.
