AMITY, Ore. (KOIN) — A man died after crashing his SUV on Amity Road Monday night.
The Amity man, 51-year-old Todd Hayes, was driving east when he drifted into then westbound lane onto the north shoulder. He then crossed all lanes of traffic and drove into a field before rolling several times.
Hayes was pronounced dead at the scene and Oregon State Police are investigating speed an alcohol as possible causes of the crash.
No other cars were involved in the crash.
