Non-custodial parents grab Longview baby

LONGVIEW, Wash. (KOIN) — An 18-month-old boy from Longview is believed to be with his non-custodial parents and headed toward California.

Felony warrants are out for Andy Travis, 34, and 25-year-old Cerena Barros, the Oregon State Police said. Travis and Barros took the baby, Cash, despite a court order prohibiting them.

The Longview police and the Oregon DHS became aware of the situation on May 17, OSP said in a release.

They may be in a white Ford F-150 pickup with an Ohio license plate DGD-6579. Authorities don’t think the plate belongs to that truck. In the back window is a Starbucks-style bumper sticker that reads, “I luv coffee and guns” and a license plate holder that is from Santa Cruz Beach Auto Sales.

Travis is 6-feet-3, 250 pounds with brown eyes, brown hair or a shaved head.

Barros is 5-3, 100 pounds, with blue eyes and dark or possibly strawberry-blonde hair.

Anyone with information is asked to call the Oregon State Police Dispatch at 503.397.3131.
