PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) – Two children, a 13-month-old and a seven-week-old, who were believed to be at risk after going missing in the Bend area were found on Thursday, according to the Oregon Department of Human Services.
The two girls went missing with their parents, Charles Millsap and Kayla Spills last month.
