PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) — A hit-and-run crash that was likely intentional injured three women on the Portland State University Campus on Friday morning.
Swarms of police cars and fire trucks responded to SW 6th Avenue and SW Hall Street after the crash was reported around 10 a.m. Police said two of the women suffered life-threatening injuries and the other suffered non-life threatening injuries when they were struck by the car that went up on the sidewalk.
