PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) — After months of complaints and a month-long delay, the City of Portland began a sweep of the homeless along the Springwater Corridor on September 1.
While some of the approximately 300 campers have already packed up, many are still sleeping on the Springwater Corridor and have no idea where they’ll be sleeping after September 1.This photo gallery will be updated.
