PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) — Portland Police Association President Aaron Schmautz was one of Eye on Northwest Politics’ first guests in December.
A lot has happened since then — a record pace of shootings in the city, several of them deadly, an officer-involved shooting death, a new contract between the police union and the city and city leaders who seem overwhelmed by this city’s problems.
Schmautz joined KOIN 6 anchor Ken Boddie on Eye on Northwest Politics to discuss these issues and more.
