Opera in the Park Portland has brought people together in public spaces for more than twenty years, presenting performances that foster cultural equity.
This is the only organization in the Pacific Northwest producing free grand opera concerts at places like Peninsula Park in North Portland—and now, they’re expanding their list of venues.
Here to talk more about Opera in the Park Portland are Executive Director Ashley Park and Artistic Director Nicholas Fox. Opera in the Park Portland is free to the public, but it relies on foundation and individual giving. This year, they are in the Willamette Week Give!Guide! If you would like to support this important work and ensure that opera remains free for all, please visit their Give!Guide page:
