St. Helens High School has closed its doors early Thursday and will remain closed through Monday after protesters gathered outside the campus following an investigation that led two teachers to be accused of sexual abuse.

Every November, World Vegan Month is celebrated worldwide to recognize the Vegan movement and Vegan communities all over. Here in Portland, Veganizer has teamed up with 33 Portland restaurants to bring you plant-based food and drink specials from November 1st to November 30th. Each participating location will donate a portion of sales from their World Vegan Month specials to their selected nonprofit.
