Federal authorities are offering a $25,000 reward in connection with October's string of ballot box fires in the Pacific Northwest as they also released new surveillance video in an attempt to find the suspect.

UFOs and UAPs are back in the spotlight this week. In a hearing on Capitol Hill Wednesday, experts from across the field spoke about their experience with things from beyond our world.

Brian Anslinger, a professor at PCC that teaches a course on UAPs and UFOs (as well as Executive Producer of Everyday Northwest), stopped by AM Extra to talk about the hearing.

Medical experts are chiming in on how many pushups the average person should do, based on their age. The Mayo Clinic says the classic exercise is a good measurement of strength and endurance as a person ages. This test is done by asking a person to do as many push-ups as they can before they need to rest.
