PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) — The Waterfront Blues Festival is underway — and KOIN 6 News had a special guest on Thursday to give the weather forecast: Jim Belushi.
The actor and comedian was a natural.
According to Belushi, if you’re heading to the festival Thursday — you’re going to get some great weather. At 3 p.m., festivalgoers will enjoy 78-degree weather before temps reach 80 by 6 p.m.
