PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) — Three people were arrested after police said they were involved in an armed robbery late Sunday night at the Neighborhood Market.

Officers arrested 19-year-old Lamarr Juan Luster Jr., 20-year-old Kobe Branden Cordray and 17-year-old near Northeast 99th Avenue and Sandy Boulevard.

During their investigation, officers learned the suspects had left the market — located at 9601 NE Sandy Blvd — in a white Ford Excursion.

The suspect vehicle was found at a gas station near the intersection of Northeast 99th Avenue and Sandy Boulevard. While performing a traffic stop on the vehicle, the responding officers noticed additional information that suggested the occupants in the vehicle were involved in the armed robbery.

Luster Jr., Cordray and the 17-year-old were then placed into custody.

Luster Jr. and Cordray were lodged at Multnomah County Jail on charges of 1st and 2nd-degree robbery.

The teen was lodged at the Donald E. Long Detention Home on charges of 1st and 2nd-degree robbery.

Luster Jr. and Cordray will be arraigned Tuesday.

Detectives are continuing to investigate this robbery and believe the 3 men may have been involved in additional robberies in the Portland area. Anyone with information is asked to contact Detective William Winters at 503.823.0466 or William.Winters@portlandoregon.gov.
