PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) – Salem police are investigating a deadly crash Monday morning.
Police say the crash occurred near Owens Street South and Commercial Street Southeast. The crash closed Owens Street from Commercial Street to Saginaw Street.
Investigators expect the road will be closed for several hours and ask motorists to take alternate routes.
