PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) — Multiple large outages popped up across the Willamette Valley that have kept Portland General Electric crews busy Monday morning.

AS of 9:15 a.m., PGE crews are still dealing with an outage that has left nearly two dozen people in Southwest Portland in the dark.

Shortly after 2:45 a.m., PGE reported a fallen tree on a powerline in the area of Southwest Johnson Street and Southwest 182nd Avenue, causing more than 3,100 residents in the Beaverton and Aloha area to lose electricity. That outage had been almost entirely restored at around 7:30 a.m.

Around 7:30 a.m., another outage impacting more than 700 people was reported in Salem following an earlier crash. Power has been fully restored to that area.
