PORTLAND (KOIN) – One of college football’s biggest rivalries is gearing up for another match-up, and this time it’s do-or-die for the Ducks and Huskies as they prepare to face off in Seattle.

The Ducks just came off arguably their best win of the season with a 45-3 win over a high-powered Colorado team. The highlight of the win was the spectacular play from the defense who had four takeaways in just the third quarter. Saturday’s game could propel the Ducks into the college football playoffs conversation.

For the Huskies, they are coming off of a big 51-27 win over the Arizona Wildcats, who were sitting at first place in the PAC-12 South division, and are now looking to get back on track after having a rough start to the season.

Now, both teams head into this match-up with momentum on their side and are primed to mirror last years down to the wire game.

Joining Ducking Around is Scott Reed, senior writer for Ducks Sports Authority, who breaks down the latest injury updates, including a major weapon going down for the Ducks. Reed also gives us his thoughts on this year’s rivalry game and his predictions.

Meanwhile, Joe Fischer, a producer and reporter for 1080TheFan and home of the Ducks, joins Ducking Around to bring a whole different perspective on the season. He also gives us his thoughts on the match-up and what he thinks needs to happen in order to get the win.
