PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) — One person was shot and killed during an armed robbery at a marijuana dispensary in North Portland Monday night, police said.
Gunfire erupted around 9:50 p.m. in the 3700 block of N. Lombard, PPB said in a release. Officers said 44-year-old Michael Arthur, who was employed at the dispensary, was shot and killed.
The only pot shop located on the block is called Cured Green, according to the Portland Tribune. No arrests or suspect info has been announced.
Arthur’s death marked the 50th homicide in Portland in 2020 and the 37th homicide involving a gun.
