A local ramen shop is keeping things hot, but this is definitely a welcomed heat! Voted one of Portland’s best, Marukin Ramen has officially rebranded itself as Kinboshi Ramen. Owner Dave Rademacher and Chef Mayumi Hijikata both joined AM Extra to tell us about the chance and what’s on the menu.
