PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) — A mixed-use development of apartments and retail space will inhabit the space where the Belmont Goats once grazed.
The developer for property on SE 10th and Belmont, Kilian Pacific, plans to build three apartment buildings on the lot which will contain retail spaces. Orchards Supply Hardware and Market of Choice Specialty Grocery will be among the retailers.
The $74 million construction project calls for 247 apartments, 385 car parking spaces and 510 bike parking spaces with 92,000 square feet of retail space.
The project is scheduled for completion around early 2017.
