PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) — A Vancouver man was arrested Tuesday in connection with the shooting death of a 21-year-old man last December, police said.
First responders found Kyle Polk with traumatic gunshot wounds on the 11100 block of SE Division street on the afternoon of December 16.
He was pronounced dead at the scene.

A surveillance camera captured video of possible suspects leaving the scene of the murder in a white SUV.
Police arrested 20-year-old Javier Fernando Hernandez on Tuesday, months after detectives started following several leads in the case. He was charged with murder, attempted aggravated murder, attempted murder and 2 counts of unlawful use of a weapon, police said.
Days earlier, 46-year-old Cynthia Anne Scholer was arrested on 6 charges of hindering prosecution and tampering with physical evidence.
She was released on bail and will be arraigned Thursday.
