ALBANY, Ore. (KOIN) — Police are asking for the public’s help identifying a man accused of sexually touching a 9-year-old girl at an Albany Walmart.
The girl’s mother said it happened around 5:30 p.m. Wednesday at the Walmart on SE Goldfish Farm Road, Albany Police Dept. said.
