Planning on heading to the 2019 Waterfront Blues Fest this week?
The annual blues, soul, funk and rhythm & blues festival starts July 4 at the Tom McCall Waterfront Park, and ends July 7. More than 100 acts are expected to take to the festival’s stages, and tickets are still on sale.
