PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) — The Waterfront Blues Festival kicks off Thursday, July 4, with more than 100 performers over 4 days.
What’s OK and recommended to bring:
- Festival passes
- Water bottles
- Canned food donations
- 16-inch x 16-inch x 8-inch bags
- 6-foot x 8-foot blankets
- One chair per attendee (chairs taller than 12 inches off the ground will be required to sit in a designated area)
What’s not allowed
- DrGlass of any kind
- Hard-sided coolers or picnic baskets, including Styrofoam
- Hard-framed bags/backpacks
- Bags/backpacks larger than 16-inch x 16-inch x 8-inch
- Beverages other than water
- Alcohol, cannabis and other controlled substances
- Carts
- Umbrellas, tents and canopies
- Fireworks or weapons
- Balls and frisbees
- Location flags/signs on sticks or poles
- Selfie sticks
- Professional audio or video recording devices
- Cameras with a detachable lens longer than 4 inches
- Animals, except service animals
- Drones
- Balloons
