PORTLAND, Ore, (KOIN) — A man was arrested and charged with DUII after he crashed into multiple cars, resulting in his own car flipping upside down late Saturday night.
David Moline was also charged with reckless driving and reckless endangering. The 36-year-old’s car ended up face down on the pavement following the crash near the 9700 block of SE Powell Boulevard.
No one was seriously hurt, medics treated only minor injuries at the scene.
