PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) — A man was seriously injured in a hit-and-run Tuesday night in Southeast Portland’s Centennial neighborhood, police said.

Witnesses described the vehicle that hit Lopez-Herrera as having no rear license plates. It was speeding westbound on SE Stark with its headlights off, police said.
Investigators are looking for a 2002-2006 Infiniti Q45, most likely silver or tan, with possible damage to its front left headlight or hood and windshield. Call 911 if you see it.
