PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) — Matthew Cooper and Ian Kramer faced a judge Thursday morning, both facing charges connected to the May Day Cider Riot brawl that injured 1 woman.

A grand jury indicted the 2 men, finding enough evidence of their involvement to issue a warrant for their arrests.

The District Attorney’s Office said Cooper turned himself in overnight — now facing charges of disorderly conduct and harassment after allegedly engaging in fighting and threatening behavior.

Kramer was arrested by police and U.S. Marshalls on Wednesday after investigators said he used a baton and mace — hurting at least 1 woman in the fight.

Portland police said they are still investigating the incident — and another battle is still playing out in court.

The owner of Cider Riot has filed a $1 million lawsuit against Gibson and Patriot Prayer over the incident, saying they’ve had enough of intimidation from far-right groups.
