PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) — Portland police arrested a 28-year-old man after they found a loaded gun, drugs and cash during a traffic stop.
Officers stopped the car around 9 a.m. on Thursday at Southeast 92nd Avenue and Southeast Stark Street.
The driver started fighting with officers and ran away on foot, but was quickly caught and arrested.
Inside of the car, officers said they found a loaded handgun near the driver’s seat, extra magazines, more than 3 pounds of meth, 3 ounces of heroin and more than $11,000 in cash.
Aaron Key III was booked into the Multnomah County Detention Center on a federal law enforcement hold. Additional charges are pending.
