PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) — Police are investigating an overnight shooting in North Portland early Monday morning.
Shortly after midnight, Portland police were called to the area of N Lombard Street and N Marine Drive.
Video of the scene shows multiple shell casings spread across the ground.
Police have not yet said if there are any victims.
