VANCOUVER, Wash. (KOIN) — A 31-year-old man, who was a volunteer with Vancouver’s “Neighbors on Watch” program, was arrested Thursday for possession of child pornography.
Vancouver police said they received a cyber tip from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children about an IP address that was believed to be accessing child pornography.
Detectives investigated the tip and then executed a search warrant on Bradley Lebow’s home.
Lebow was arrested on five counts of 1st-degree possession of child pornography and fives counts of 2nd-degree possession of child pornography. He was booked into the Clark County Jail.
Prior to his arrest, Lebow had been a volunteer with Vancouver Police Department’s Neighbors on Watch program since 2014. Due to the investigation, he’s been suspended.
