CANBY, Ore. (KOIN) — A tree exploded after being struck by lightning on Thursday afternoon, sending debris flying in multiple directions, according to the Clackamas County Sheriff’s Office.
The lightning struck a tree at a residential property, but deputies say that no one was injured. They say the 911 caller “wanted to make sure everyone at the address was okay.”
