PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) — A man ran from the cops but was quickly stopped and found with a stolen handgun on Thursday.
Police were talking to a group of people at Northeast Klickitat Street when Trenal Clark attempted to flee. When officers stopped and located the weapon, they determined it was a gun stolen out of Bend.
The 31-year-old was sent to the Multnomah County Detention Center on multiple charges including unlawful possession of a firearm, possession of a loaded firearm in public, theft, police interference, criminal trespass and criminal mischief.
