PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) — A man who was wanted in connection with an incident on May Day turned himself in on Tuesday evening.

Portland police said Christopher Ponte, 37, is being held for a charge of 3rd-degree assault and 1 count of riot.

The incident happened on May 1, 2019, in the 800 block of Northeast Couch Street.

Two other men were arrested earlier in August for a brawl outside Cider Riot. One woman was injured.

Ponte is due in court Wednesday, Aug. 14.
