“Pixieland,” a local amusement park of a bygone era, revisited in new documentary

PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) — This weekend you can revisit what was once a very popular family destination on the Oregon Coast.

‘Pixieland’ was a short-lived amusement park in the early 1970s.

Now, it’s the focus of a documentary called “The Forgotten Story of Pixieland”.

Kohr Harlan went out to explore what was going on in Lincoln City.
