MEDFORD, Ore. (KOIN) – Police arrested a man who is accused of luring a minor to engage in sexual conduct.

Zachariah J. Carnegie is also charged with one count each of using a child in the display of sexually explicit conduct and unlawful delivery of meth to a minor.

In a probable cause statement, police claim Carnegie admitted he knew the girl was a minor and said he used to deliver meth to her and her mother.

Police learned Carnegie was “in constant contact with the juvenile victim over Facebook,” according to court documents. Court records identify the victim as a 16-year-old girl.
