GRESHAM, Ore. (KOIN) — Police are looking for a man suspected of stealing a 58-year-old Gresham woman’s companion dog.
Osarch Orak, 38, is accused of stealing a 5-year-old Pomeranian named Blue Bear last month, Gresham Police Dept. said.
Authorities say Orak and the victim are acquaintances. He may be in the Portland or Astoria areas, according to police.
