PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) — Don’t miss your chance to see big ships on the Willamette River as the Portland Rose Festival’s Fleet Week is underway.
Four ships with the US Navy and Coast Guard are expected to sail in from Astoria Thursday afternoon, while two ships arrived on Wednesday.
