PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN 6) — A man who raped his grandmother and his uncle will be sentenced in mid-April after admitting his guilt on Monday.
Willie Andre Johnson is expected to be sentenced to 15 years in prison on April 13, officials said.
On the night of July 1, 2014, he raped his 82–year-old grandmother and his 49-year-old uncle at her Northeast Portland home, then ran out. Both victims identified Johnson as their attacker.
He was arrested the next morning at a nearby McDonald’s.
Johnson, already a registered sex offender, pleaded guilty to a number of charges related to the attack.
In early March, Luvicer Johnson told KOIN 6 News she is still haunted by the attack.
“I wake up at 2:30, 3 o’clock and can’t get back to sleep because it’s there. I’m reliving it,” she said March 6.
She said she broke “every one of” her nails fighting back. “He was actually foaming, foaming at the mouth, like he ate soap,” she said.
“You lie down and everything comes flooding in. Nights are the worst,” she said. “This was a family member. This was my grandchild, for God’s sake.”
She moved out of her home and sold her bedroom set.
