PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) – A 19-year-old man, who has been charged with aggravated murder, will appear in court on Wednesday.

Clayton Harrell III was transported from the Cowlitz County Jail on Tuesday and booked into the Multnomah County Detention Center.

In addition to his aggravated murder charge, Harrell is also charged with multiple counts of first and second-degree robbery.

Police say that Harrell, along with two other men, is accused of killing Ravell Sterling as he walked in Gresham in early February. Police believe Sterling was killed during the course of a robbery.

The other two suspects in the case, Charles Moi Moi and Rony Celis have been arraigned on the grand jury indictment. Both men have entered not guilty pleas.

The three men were all arrested following a high speed chase that started in Northeast Portland and ended in Cowlitz County.

Gresham Police say their investigation into the three men is ongoing.

Harrell is due in court on Wednesday morning.
