PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) — Shark Week is coming up and with it, a chance to swim with sharks at the Oregon Coast Aquarium.
The dive program at the aquarium is for open water dive certified guests. Divers can hop into the Open Sea exhibit with hundreds of sharks in a variety of species including sevengills, soupfins, leopards and spiny dogfish.
Dives also include one dive in the 26-foot Halibut Flats exhibit, aquarium admission and a behind the scenes tour of Passages of the Deep.
It costs $239 for members and $249 for nonmembers.
