PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) — Fleet Week 2019 is over.
The last of the 8 ships left the Tom McCall Waterfront Park Monday morning following days of fun and festivities during Fleet Week.
Drivers dealt with periodic bridge lifts of the Broadway, Burnside and Steel bridges. TriMet reminded its rider to plan an extra 30-60 minutes.
